All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. An order is only deemed accepted once payment has been successfully processed and confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including but not limited to cases involving pricing errors, inaccurate product descriptions, stock availability issues, technical errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. 7. Checking the Accuracy of Fit

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any goods ordered are suitable for their vehicle prior to purchase. Vehicle compatibility information, including registration-based lookups, product descriptions, and fitment guides, is provided for guidance only and does not constitute a guarantee of suitability.

Customers must verify compatibility by checking manufacturer part numbers, vehicle specifications, engine codes, VIN details, or by seeking professional advice before placing an order. Union Car Parts Ltd shall not be responsible for errors arising from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate vehicle information supplied by the customer.

Goods ordered incorrectly due to fitment errors may be returned in accordance with Section 11 (Returns & Refunds), provided they are unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Items that have been fitted, attempted to be fitted, or damaged as a result of incorrect fitment may not be eligible for return or refund, except where required by statutory rights.

8. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time but will not affect orders that have already been accepted. Full payment must be received and cleared before goods are dispatched. We accept payment methods as displayed on our website and reserve the right to decline specific payment methods at our discretion.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit, exclude, or affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK law, including but not limited to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Where goods supplied by Union Car Parts Ltd are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy as provided by law. These statutory rights apply in addition to any warranties or returns policies offered by us.

10. Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, supply chain disruptions, or adverse weather conditions. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, remedies will be provided in accordance with your statutory rights and, where applicable, the Manufacturer Warranty described in Section 12. Refunds or replacements are subject to inspection and verification. Refunds will be issued once returned goods have been received, inspected, and approved.

12. Manufacturer Warranty
